While the STI is truly a great sports car the EJ25 suffers from heat soak do to the small oem top mount intercooler design. If you are looking to get more power and reliability out of your STI the Grimmspeed front mount intercooler is the perfect mod. By lowering intake temperatures your engine will make more power safely all while being less prone to knock/detonation thanks to the lower intake temps.
